Each status has its own template that you can enable or disable independently.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Customise SMS templates<\/strong> <em>(requires WooCommerce)<\/em>\nEach template supports dynamic variables like <code>{order_number}<\/code>, <code>{billing_first_name}<\/code>, <code>{order_status}<\/code>, <code>{order_total}<\/code>, <code>{shop_name}<\/code> and more. Templates can be reset to their default text at any time.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Test mode<\/strong>\nRedirect all outgoing SMS messages to a single test phone number without contacting real customers. Useful for verifying templates before going live.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Send admin copy<\/strong>\nOptionally receive a copy of every customer SMS on a separate admin phone number.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>SMS delivery log<\/strong> <em>(requires WooCommerce)<\/em>\nEvery SMS sent is logged - including order reference, recipient, message text, delivery status and timestamp. The log is searchable and paginated.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Click tracking<\/strong>\nOptionally enable Sendmachine click tracking on links included in your messages.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Custom sender<\/strong>\nSet a sender that appears as the sender name on the customer's phone. Requires a sender already configured in your Sendmachine account.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External Services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the <strong>Sendmachine<\/strong> API to provide its functionality.
